What is a floor plan? The floor plan is literally a piece of paper which contains all the characteristics of a certain floor. When we say all of the characteristic – we mean it. The floor plan is going to have specifications such as the thickness of the walls, their length and height, the sizes of different spaces within the same room, the size of the installations, furniture, windows and everything that you can think of.

The floor plan is something particularly important. It is usually suggest by the architect but in the majority of cases people decide to go with other alternative designs because the one offered by the architect is traditionally rather generic. With all this being said, we are going to use your floor plans in order to get the most important information out of it such as different dimensions. With it, we are going to work with you in order to come up with the best look for you home – the one that’s going to fit your personal preferences as well as your particular budget – this is something incredibly important and it needs to be accounted for.
