There are a lot of processes that go behind the remodelling or the renovation of a home. Regardless of whether you want us to get the entire interior re-done or you want us to focus on one particular premise, there are steps that need to be followed. Amongst the first things that we will have to carry out is space distribution or zoning, as it’s also commonly referred to. A lot of people prefer to go ahead and furnish their homes without the assistance of a professional. While this might be efficient, you are likely to distribute your furniture wrong.

We have years of professional experience in this particular field and we know how to provide you with a plan for the most optimum distribution of the space in your home. Our main designation is to use every single detail of your construction to the fullest and take advantage of what you may consider to be a disadvantage in the architecture. This way, we can guarantee that every piece of furniture is in the perfect spot to contribute to the overall appeal and spacious sensation that your home is capable of bringing.

Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning – this is what HVAC stands for. This is the system which is going to enable you to control the microclimate in your own house. There are different types of HVAC installations but the usage of Air Conditioners and furnaces is without a doubt amongst the most popular. With this in mind, there are tons of things that have to be accounted for when it comes to the HVAC installation of your home, regardless of the solution that you are going to go for.

You need to determine where you want the units to be located. From there, the HVAC specialist is going to install tubing or air ducts, depending on the type of system that you’ve set your sights on, so that you can control the weather conditions in the entire house. Contemporary HVAC systems would go so far as to allow you to control the temperature in every single room. This is particularly convenient as it’s capable of providing you with the chance to cut back on the expenses considerably. By turning off the heat in rooms that you aren’t usually using you are going to get a lot of money off of that monthly electricity or gas bill – depending on the solution you are using.

    Floor Plan

What is a floor plan? The floor plan is literally a piece of paper which contains all the characteristics of a certain floor. When we say all of the characteristic – we mean it. The floor plan is going to have specifications such as the thickness of the walls, their length and height, the sizes of different spaces within the same room, the size of the installations, furniture, windows and everything that you can think of.

The floor plan is something particularly important. It is usually suggest by the architect but in the majority of cases people decide to go with other alternative designs because the one offered by the architect is traditionally rather generic. With all this being said, we are going to use your floor plans in order to get the most important information out of it such as different dimensions. With it, we are going to work with you in order to come up with the best look for you home – the one that’s going to fit your personal preferences as well as your particular budget – this is something incredibly important and it needs to be accounted for.

There is a lot that goes on in the job of renovation experts. One of the things, however, that is of the greatest essence is the estimation. Estimating is an extensive term and it needs clarifying. Right off the bat, we will begin by estimating the possibilities that your home provides. Of course, if you need a simple renovation of already existing features, this wouldn’t really take place as it’s not demanded. However, if remodelling is what you are after then estimating what your home allows us to do is paramount.
Once we’ve reached a conclusion on the way you want your home to look like, we are going to provide you with an estimate of the time as well as of the amount of money that it’s going to take to get the job done exactly as you want it. We are going to provide you with different variations in order to best fit your pocket. With this in mind, if there are opportunities to reduce the budget rest assured that we are going to inform you about them. Of course, they shouldn’t diminish the quality of the work as this is something that we won’t ever compromise with.

    Bay Window

A bay window is a window which is designed in a very specific manner. It is usually going to stick out from one of the outer walls of the house. The solution is usually designed in a manner which provides three separate sides. This is one of the most convenient things that you might incorporate in the design of your house, especially if you are looking for something more traditional and rather cozy. Bay windows aren’t usually used in modernistic designs but they are overly emphasised on for traditional and comfortable homes.
The most important thing that they are going to deliver is that additional space. Because the window is actually constructed to stick out of your outer wall, it’s going to open up some additional space on the inside. This additional space could be used to incorporate a particularly cozy reading corner or something else entirely. What is more, some people prefer to take it up a notch and make it a part of their living room space, making it even more comfortable. The bay window is also a great source of light which is something that’s particularly desirable and highly emphasised on.

It’s impossible to stress out enough just how important the work of an architect is. Not only is he going to provide you with the overall outlook of the house, but he’s also going to be responsible for proper space distribution of your entire home. With this in mind, it’s essential to place a special emphasis on the requirements of the clients and the specifications of the terrain itself.
An architect is going to be responsible for the overall appeal of your exterior. Even though he wouldn’t usually get involved in interior design as this is a job for specifically educated and trained professionals, the overall architecture is going to pre-determine quite a lot of important features of the interior as well. With this in mind, it is important to take a look at the initial plans of the architect and discuss them thoroughly in order to ensure that everything is handled exactly as it’s supposed to. Not to mention that you wouldn’t be granted a permit to build the home without a properly stamped architecture plan so that’s one more thing that you need to account for.
